Last week I was inspired with The Biggest Loser. The excuse was “I can’t loose weight on vacation” and they proved thatb wrong. I was so scared to come home to let that excuse drag me down, I have eaten a little bit of sweets but I didn’t indulge myself. I workout at least one during the day and I make it count. My core feels stronger since I started pilates. Keep yourself motivated through spring break or your day off work! :)
